We’re a full-service hearing care center staffed with a Doctor of Audiology, as well as Florida-licensed hearing aid and National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Sciences specialists, and a support staff trained to educate, assist and care for you. Dr. Denise Parrish, Au. D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Denise Parrish, Audiologist and President of Manatee Ear Center, Inc., has practiced in the field of Speech and Hearing since 1976. Dr. Parrish earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree at the University of South Florida. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with her Master of Science Degree in Speech and Hearing and completed her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing at the University of Illinois. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is certified by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. Originally from the midwest, Dr. Parrish has practiced in Manatee County for more than 20 years. She is married to Jake Parrish, who is a retired Manatee County Deputy and retired Palmetto Police Chief.
Hearing Aid Specialist
Ronald Sutton graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1977. He has practiced as a Florida Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist since moving to the area in 1977. He is also National Board Certified in Hearing Instruments Sciences. Mr. Sutton has been a Manatee County resident since 1987. He and his wife, Alice, live in the East Manatee County area and enjoy boating, fishing and other outdoor activities.
